We had 2 Junior suite 3 adults and 2 children. From the minute we walked in we felt very welcome. The staff is extremely helpful specially Ms Alma. the rooms are very clean, the towels and the bed are high quality. location is great. will come back.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, beds were comfy and it was nice and warm on a chilly spring day. Our room was at the front of the hotel and overlooked the road but it was very quiet and we wasn’t disturbed by noise at all. The breakfast suited us perfectly, we could pick what we wanted from the menu and it was just enough food. I would recommend having a bread basket - a delicious selection of breads and pastries. The hotel is situated near to the Luxembourg gardens and is easy walking distance to Notre Dame & Musee D’Orsay and lots of great bars and restaurants. There is a metro station close by but we managed to walk to the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, etc. We did lots of steps but it’s a great way to see more of this beautiful city. I would highly recommend the Hotel Baume and will definitely return if we ever go to Paris again.

I stayed at Hotel Baume with my husband, two kids (11 and 14), and my mother in law. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a wonderful experience! The entire staff of the hotel was kind and incredibly helpful - restaurant suggestions, transportation assistance, etc. You name it, they were able to help us with it. We had 2 “Junior Suites” and they were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space, and lovely views of the courtyard below. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Paris, we used the Metro every day and loved that we were able to walk to a stop in less than 5 minutes! The proximity to the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg was also a huge plus, we enjoyed walking through the garden at all times of day, there’s so much to see. There are so many great restaurants nearby as well. After long days of exploring and sight seeing, my whole family appreciated the chance to take advantage of the honesty bar in the hotel lobby. My kids become quite fond of the jus de pomme! And my husband and I enjoyed quiet drinks downstairs on several evenings. The breakfast was perfect, the hotel staff were always welcoming in the morning (and willing to help me with my French!). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.

What a great and charming hotel situated in the Latin Quarter! We stayed at two different times while in Paris. Rooms were great! Very clean, beds were so comfortable and rooms very quiet!! Closest metro is the Odeon which was ideal! Round the corner is the Luxembourg gardens! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Loved our stay here and great restaurants and bakeries close by. We will be back!!

A family member and I stayed at the Hotel Baume for four nights in early April, and it was a wonderful experience! We had one Classic room (which was very nice, plenty of room around the bed and a bath with shower) and one Superior room; mine was the Superior. All of the staff was exceptional - from Gabriel at the front desk to another concierge whose name I unfortunately cannot remember (she kindly helped me when I messed up the safe combination), to those working in the breakfast room. Hotel location is very good, not far from Odeon metro and lots of good restaurants, the Cluny museum, Luxembourg gardens, etc., on a very quiet one way street. My room was on the second floor, facing the front. The design was excellent both in terms of form and function - restful design choices, good lighting options in both bed and bathroom, sufficient surfaces for toiletries and clothing, plugs on both sides of the bed, and room to store suitcases out of the way. A very, very well designed space. I loved my large tub with shower, and they were kind enough to supply me with a rubber mat for more stability while showering. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space - see attached photos for the clever adaptation for hanging clothes. There were only two VERY small things I would mention that could perhaps use improvement. First - and this may be something related to fire code issues - there is no plug in the bathroom, so to curl my hair I moved the two little chair over to the wall mirror. No big deal, just mentioning it if it would matter to someone. I have experienced this in the UK as well, so it is probably beyond the hotel’s control. Second, while breakfast was good I wish there were a few more options. There was a wonderful cheese plate, good coffee and cappuccino, egg options (scrambled, poached, etc), yogurts. If I may suggest more freshly cut fruit and a better boulangerie provider? :) All of this said, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and both of us had a wonderful experience at Hotel Baume. Thank you to all of the staff, you made our stay very special.
